- Receive and process dispatch requests from the Sales team.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse for timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for smooth dispatch.
- Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to the Sales team.
- Maintain dispatch records, registers, and transporter details.
- Update dispatch information in ERP software and MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the Billing Department for invoice availability before dispatch.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues by coordinating with internal departments and transporters.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch MIS reports.
- Ensure all dispatch activities are completed accurately and within the scheduled timelines while following company SOPs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
