Dispatch & Sales Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans.

Coordinate with the sales team for order planning and demand requirements.

Plan dispatches based on confirmed customer orders. Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, and Delivery teams.

Ensure product availability as per sales requirements. Monitor pending and delayed orders.

Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products. Coordinate order fulfillment from booking to delivery.

Support inventory planning based on sales demand. Identify stock shortages and coordinate for timely replenishment.

Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

Key Skills

FMCG sales and distribution knowledge.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.
