About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive strategic hiring initiatives and build scalable recruiting practices. This role offers an opportunity to partner with business leaders, shape hiring strategy,



and lead high-performing recruitment teams in a fast-growing digital organization.

Job Title: Director Talent Acquisition

Working Timings: 9:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST (flexibility required)

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Business Unit leaders to define and execute hiring forecasts
- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy including sourcing, branding, and assessment
- Lead operational planning, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Ensure recruitment funnel efficiency through data-driven insights and improvements
- Enhance and standardize recruitment processes and methodologies
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Align hiring goals with business objectives in collaboration with leadership
- Mentor and coach recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets
- Build market intelligence on talent trends, compensation, and hiring practices
- Manage stakeholder communication, governance, and reporting
- Oversee vendor management and external partnerships

Minimum Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in hiring software and digital engineering skilled workforce.
- Proven experience in managing large and diverse recruitment teams and ramp ups.
- Strong stakeholder management and business acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in process improvement and operational excellence
