Role Description The Director role at SA Technologies PK is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Director will oversee animation, web design, and development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include defining strategic direction for digital services, setting performance goals, and managing resource allocation across multiple client engagements. The Director will lead client communications at a senior level, guiding discovery, solution design, and ongoing account management. Day-to-day tasks also involve mentoring team leads, improving workflows,



monitoring financial performance, and driving innovation in creative and technical practices.

Qualifications

- Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, strategic planning, and decision-making.
- Experience in animation, web design, or web development environments and familiarity with digital production workflows.
- Strong client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability in project and program management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Capability to set and track performance metrics, optimize processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Background in marketing or digital strategy to align creative outputs with business objectives is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role within a digital agency or technology-driven organization is strongly preferred.
