MOSAIC Hospitality is seeking an Area Director of Revenue Management based in Mumbai to oversee pricing strategy and revenue performance across a portfolio of independent and lifestyle hotels within the US and Caribbean markets.

This role works closely with US-based leadership and property teams to manage demand strategy, optimize distribution channels, and maintain strong forecasting discipline across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities

- Lead pricing and revenue strategy across multiple hotel assets
- Oversee demand forecasting,



pickup analysis, and market intelligence
- Manage distribution strategy across OTAs, brand.com, CRS, and channel partners
- Monitor booking pace, competitive positioning, and rate strategy
- Conduct RevMAX meetings and commercial performance reviews with property teams
- Support monthly reporting, market analysis, and portfolio performance tracking
- Partner with US leadership teams to align commercial strategy and execution Qualifications
- 3–4 years of hotel revenue management experience within the US hotel market
- Experience supporting multiple properties or a regional portfolio preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Hilton Systems + Indy Sysyems (StayNTouch preferred, SynXis, Lighthouse, or TravelClick systems)
- Strong analytical capability across forecasting, pricing, and market demand trends
