As we scale recent heights, we’re looking for a visionary Director of Marketing to shape our marketing strategy and lead our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team of six and manage a network of freelancers.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment.

- Drive demand generation through ABM, paid social, webinars, and email marketing.

- Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, eBooks, videos, and webinars.

- Enhance our digital presence through SEO and social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).

- Ensure smooth marketing automation and personalized content delivery.





- Track and report key performance metrics (MQLs, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline growth).

- Manage the monthly marketing budget effectively.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

- 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.

- Proven expertise in B2B tech marketing and building scalable strategies.

- Strong content marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation knowledge.

- Experience working with marketing automation tools (like HubSpot, Marketo).

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
