Role Description The Director of Information Technology for Canada Opportunities will lead the overall IT function to support immigration consulting operations and strategic growth initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and security across the organization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include directing IT operations, managing technology projects, ensuring network reliability, and implementing secure and compliant information systems. The role will collaborate closely with leadership to define IT strategy, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making.



The Director will also manage vendor relationships, lead an IT team, and ensure that technology solutions enhance service delivery and client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong IT Management and IT Operations experience, including leading teams and overseeing enterprise-wide technology environments.
- Deep knowledge of Information Technology systems and architectures, with the ability to select, implement, and maintain appropriate tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in Network Security, including risk assessment, security policies, and protection of sensitive client data.
- Proven ability in IT Strategy development, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and scalability needs.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in professional services or consulting environments; exposure to immigration or legal services is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, data privacy regulations, and business continuity planning.
