This structured 6+ months internship offers hands-on exposure to direct tax procedures, legal drafting, research, and litigation support, enabling law students to develop solid technical, analytical, and practical skills under professional guidance.

Areas of Exposure:

- Assisting in Direct Tax Litigation matters, including assessments and appeals
- Drafting submissions, responses, and relevant documentation
- Conducting legal and tax research
- Compliance support for Direct Tax filings and procedural requirements
- Case analysis and preparation of advisory notes
- Opportunity to work with seasoned professionals and ex-EY tax practitioners on matters involving listed corporates, high-quantum litigation, and complex tax issues
- Engagement with reputed clients and established companies





Tenure & Growth Opportunity:

- Designed as a long-term internship with a minimum commitment of 6 months, ensuring meaningful learning and continuity.
- Interns who successfully complete one year and demonstrate strong technical competence and professional conduct may be considered for progression into a full-time role within the firm.

Stipend (Full-Time): ₹6,000 – ₹12,000 per month
