Role Description The Diploma Student role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. In this role, the individual will support recruitment and placement activities, assist with candidate data entry and documentation, and help coordinate interviews and training schedules.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining records, communicating with candidates and clients under supervision, and learning standard processes for screening and shortlisting profiles.



The role also involves participating in training sessions, following company guidelines, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant diploma (such as in management, administration, or a related field).
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and placement processes and work in a rapid-paced, on-site environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Interest in security, hospitality, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
