About the Opportunity

We are inviting passionate, energetic, and career-oriented Diploma Student's to join our Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) Program, a structured 12-month corporate internship designed to develop future professionals in the Renewable Energy & Solar EPC industry.

This program provides comprehensive hands-on exposure to multiple business functions, enabling trainees to build strong technical, operational, and commercial competencies while working on live projects under the guidance of experienced industry professionals.

Upon successful completion of the internship, high-performing trainees will be considered for permanent employment based on individual performance, business requirements, and organizational policies.

Position Overview

- Company: Symbroj Solar Pvt. Ltd., a leading Renewable Energy & Solar EPC organization.

- Role: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) – Full-Time Paid Internship.

- Duration: 12-month structured internship program.

- Department: Engineering & Operations.

- Industry Exposure: Renewable Energy, Solar EPC, and EV Charging Infrastructure.

- Training Location: Waidhan, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.

- Reporting: Directly to the Department Head / Reporting Manager.

- Learning Opportunity: Gain hands-on experience through practical project execution, technical training, and cross-functional exposure.

- Career Growth: Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on performance and business requirements.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess any one of the following qualifications:

- DIPLOMA – Electrical Engineering (EE)
- DIPLOMA – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- DIPLOMA – Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- DIPLOMA – Renewable Energy Engineering

Eligibility Criteria

- Fresh / Experienced Diploma Holder's (2025 & 2026 Pass-Outs)
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities




- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & etc.)

Relocation Requirement

As part of the Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) Program, candidates must be willing to relocate to any of the Company's branches, regional offices, project sites, or operational locations across India based on business, project, or operational requirements. Flexibility to work at different locations and travel as required is essential for gaining cross-functional exposure and supporting successful project execution.

Compensation & Benefits

Internship Stipend / Salary Structure

The internship compensation has been thoughtfully structured to provide a Gross Monthly Stipend of ₹12,000,



inclusive of Basic Stipend, HRA, Special Allowance, and Conveyance/Travel Allowance. This comprehensive stipend package reflects the organization's commitment to supporting interns during their professional learning and development journey.

Statutory Compliance

- Salary / Stipend shall be processed in accordance with applicable Labour Laws and statutory regulations.
- Salary / Stipend will be credited on a monthly basis through bank transfer.

Career Progression

After Successful Completion of 12-Month Internship

Eligible candidates demonstrating strong performance, professionalism, and organizational fit may be offered a Full Time Employment Opportunity.

Expected Monthly Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹18,000

(Subject to performance evaluation and company policy.)

After Successful Completion of 2 Years with the Company

Employees demonstrating consistent performance, technical competence, leadership potential, and business contribution may be considered for salary progression.

Expected Monthly Salary:

₹19,000 – ₹22,000

(Subject to annual performance appraisal, business requirements, and company policy.)
