About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Digital Technology Leader to join our team at the Goa Consumer Health Plant. This pivotal role involves driving digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing environment, integrating advanced digital technologies, and establishing scalable digital capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with a passion for solving complex problems related to manufacturing automation and data management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital strategies aligned with P&G;’s global standards, ensuring the site’s digital master plan is executed effectively. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering business value through digital platforms, operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous digital upskilling.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Proven experience in industrial IT, manufacturing automation,



or digital transformation within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, data architecture, and industrial networks.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data management tools such as SQL, Databricks, or KNIME.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, risk management, and incident management.
- Programming skills in languages such as Python or SQL are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, Agile DevOps, or DAMA are advantageous.
- Prior experience with industrial automation, manufacturing processes, and digital systems integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Own and oversee the integration of P&G; digital technologies and platforms into the site digital master plan, ensuring alignment with global standards and strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain the digital architecture and infrastructure, including digital scope for site expansion projects to incorporate advanced capabilities from inception.
- Drive the deployment and execution of critical digital projects, including the integrated Work System (IWS) digital phases, to address key business opportunities.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, serving as the project leader for major site digital upgrades and innovations.
- Conduct loss analysis and touch mapping to identify digital and data opportunities, connecting these insights to tangible site value enhancements.
- Facilitate data flow optimization, asset management, and quality control to ensure sustainable data practices.




- Establish and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders regarding the digital master plan and project progress.
- Ensure operational resilience by implementing IT continuity plans, incident management protocols, and supporting site IT audits.
- Promote digital culture within the site by onboarding, developing, and qualifying the Digital Technology Organization, including roles such as Data Asset Managers and Data Activation Engineers.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, automation, and other digital teams to drive site-wide digital initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Manage the site’s digital budget, aligning investments with business value creation, and engaging with service providers for cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare annual financial plans and facilitate monthly reviews to ensure fiscal discipline and strategic alignment.
