Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Digital Specialist & WordPress Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins, while ensuring responsive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand and business objectives.

The Digital

Specialist will manage website content updates, optimize site performance and security, and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and user engagement.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams to translate technical product information into effective digital experiences, troubleshooting website issues, and supporting digital campaigns and landing pages. The role also includes monitoring analytics, recommending improvements, and maintaining consistent digital standards across platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including Responsive Web Design and Web Design, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills focused on WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development, PHP, and integration with APIs and third-party tools.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills to manage full website lifecycles, from planning and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience with WordPress CMS management, performance optimization, security hardening, and SEO best practices is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), basic graphic editing tools, and cross-browser compatibility testing is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a technical product-focused environment.
- Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
