About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage top talent for our US hiring needs. This role is responsible for building robust candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sourcing for the US market and is proficient in using various job portals, LinkedIn, and advanced internet search techniques to identify both active and passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified Radiologist for US-based positions using LinkedIn, Indeed, Doximity, job boards, resume databases, professional associations, and other sourcing channels.
- Utilize Boolean search, X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring requirements.




- Conduct initial resume screening to evaluate qualifications, experience, and role fit.
- Reach out to prospective candidates through email, LinkedIn, and other professional networking platforms.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Perform talent mapping and market research to identify key talent pools and competitor organizations.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and sourcing activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the sourcing and initial engagement stages.
- Meet sourcing targets, turnaround times (TAT), and pipeline goals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 plus years of experience in US Healthcare Sourcing/ recruitment .
- Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates across the US market.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter/Recruiter Lite, Indeed Resume, Doximity, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice and other databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience sourcing healthcare professionals, including physicians, radiologists, or other clinical talent in the US market.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment practices, healthcare terminology, and physician credentialing processes.
- Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Doximity, job boards, and other qualified networking platforms.
