Role Description The Digital Strategist at ABCX is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies across social media, web, and other online channels. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing audience behavior, planning campaigns, coordinating with content and design teams, and optimizing performance using data and analytics.

The Digital

Strategist will manage project timelines, oversee digital marketing initiatives, and ensure brand consistency and measurable results. The role also requires monitoring trends in meme marketing, personal branding,



and social platforms to inform future strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing, with the ability to design and implement integrated online campaigns.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, including platform management, audience engagement, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and techniques to track, interpret, and report on digital performance metrics.
- Project Management capabilities to plan, organize, and deliver digital initiatives on time and within scope.
- Solid understanding of current online trends, meme culture, and personal branding best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an advantage.
