You will own the full funnel β€” campaign strategy, creative briefs, landing pages, analytics, and lead quality β€” working directly with the founders and sales team.

Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for international markets Own SEO strategy with the content team β€” keyword roadmaps, technical audits, and backlink programs Build conversion-optimized landing pages and A/B test messaging, creatives, and offers Set up end-to-end tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, server-side events) and report CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution weekly Manage the marketing budget and negotiate with platforms, tools, and agencies Requirements 3+ years running performance campaigns with proven ROAS improvements Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite,
