Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Trainer & Growth Marketing Executive who is passionate about teaching and equally capable of executing real-world digital marketing campaigns.

This is a dual-role position where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Digital Marketing training while also managing UPX Innovation's marketing activities to help grow both our Academy and Agency.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Training

- Deliver engaging Online & Offline Digital Marketing classes.
- Teach SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Google Analytics, AI Tools, and Marketing Automation.
- Conduct practical sessions using live projects.
- Create presentations, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Mentor students for internships, freelancing, and placements.
- Track student performance and provide regular feedback.

Marketing & Agency Operations
- Plan and execute Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
- Create content calendars and social media strategies.
- Publish high-quality posts, reels, and promotional content.
- Improve website SEO and organic traffic.




- Generate quality leads for Academy and Agency services.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the Founder to execute business growth strategies.

Content Creation
- Develop educational content.
- Create marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Record educational videos and promotional reels.
- Write engaging captions, blogs, and marketing copy.
- Build strong personal and company branding.

- Digital Marketing Certifications are preferred.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
