AiDamsole Agile Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead our digital marketing team and manage end-to-end marketing strategies for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on expertise in paid advertising and SEO, and the ability to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing team, ensuring timely project delivery.

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media.

Manage multiple client accounts and maintain high client satisfaction.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports.

Collaborate with designers, content writers, video editors, and developers for campaign execution.

Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Ensure monthly targets, ROI, and client objectives are achieved.

3–5 years of Digital Marketing experience (Agency experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics (GA4)

Experience with Google Search Console and keyword research tools

Team management and leadership experience

Excellent communication and client handling skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Google Ads and Meta certifications are an added advantage.
