WE ARE HIRING: Operations & Digital Marketing Executive (Ambulance Services)

Join one of Kolkata's growing ambulance service providers and play a key role in building and expanding our operations. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day operations while driving business growth through digital marketing and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Recruit, and manage ambulance drivers and support staff.
- Maintain driver duty rosters.
- Receive emergency calls from customers
- Maintain driver salary records and documentation.
- Develop strategies to increase ambulance bookings and improve operational efficiency.
- Register the company on hospital vendor portals, government procurement portals, and tender websites.

Digital Marketing & Technology
- Design, improve, and maintain the company website.
- Manage Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other social media platforms.
- Improve SEO and online visibility to generate more ambulance bookings.
- Track advertising performance and prepare marketing reports.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Operations, Marketing, or HR preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, fleet management, healthcare operations, digital marketing,



or business administration.
- Experience in website management (WordPress or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.

Salary

₹17,000-25000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
