We've worked with 250+ brands across 6 countries — spanning cosmetics/D2C, fashion, F&B;, and real estate — helping them grow through performance marketing, social media management, lead generation, and creative strategy. About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage social media profiles and run Meta Ads campaigns for our client brands. You'll work directly with our strategy team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive real business results for our clients. What You'll Do

Manage and grow social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, and others) for multiple client brands

Plan, create, and maintain content calendars in coordination with the creative team

Set up, run, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across objectives — awareness, lead generation, conversions, and sales

Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations (budgets, targeting, creatives, bidding)

Track and report key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, engagement) to internal stakeholders and clients





Stay current with Meta Ads algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practices

Collaborate with designers and copywriters to brief and refine ad creatives

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance targets What We're Looking For

Proven hands-on experience managing social media profiles for brands

Proven experience running and managing Meta Ads campaigns (Ads Manager proficiency required)

Robust understanding of campaign structuring, audience targeting, and budget optimization

Comfortable working with performance data and translating numbers into action

Good written communication skills for content, reporting, and client-facing updates

Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time across multiple accounts

Prior agency experience is a plus Details
