We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Expert who can take complete ownership of our digital marketing initiatives and client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools.

Performance Marketing
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Create and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Conduct audience research and select the right interests, demographics and targeting strategies.
- Manage remarketing, conversion tracking, Pixel, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPL, ROAS and conversions.

SEO, AEO & GEO
- Perform On-page and Off-page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement Technical SEO best practices.
- Optimize websites for AI Search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Improve local SEO and Google Business Profile rankings.

Content Creation
- Create engaging social media content and marketing copy.
- Write SEO-friendly blogs, website content,



captions, and ad copies.
- Plan and maintain content calendars.

Graphic Design & Video Creation
- Design professional social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.
- Create engaging reels, promotional videos, and short-form content.
- Edit videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar tools.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Robust expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO and AI-driven search optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console and Meta Business Suite.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and video editing tools.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
- Google and Meta Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
