Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist & WordPress Developer

Location: Tamil Nadu, India – Work From Home (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist & WordPress Developer to join our remote team in Tamil Nadu, India.

The role involves managing and developing WordPress websites, supporting e-commerce operations, implementing SEO strategies, and managing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO, Google Ads, website optimization, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain WordPress websites.

Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins.

Manage WooCommerce e-commerce websites, including products, categories, content, and website functionality.

Maintain and update website content, product pages, landing pages, banners, and other digital assets.

Implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and visibility.

Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO,



internal linking, and content optimization.

Manage and optimize Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.

Monitor website traffic, conversions, advertising performance, and ROI.

Work with Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyze website performance.

Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, security, and user experience.

Troubleshoot WordPress, plugin, theme, hosting, and website-related issues.

Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the team to convert technical IT product information into effective website content and digital experiences.

Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve SEO, website performance, and online sales.

Maintain consistent branding and digital standards across the company's online platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.

Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

Practical experience with Google Ads / PPC campaigns.

Good understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with PHP, WordPress theme customization, and plugin development.

Knowledge of website speed optimization, security, backups, and troubleshooting.

Experience managing e-commerce websites and online product catalogs.

Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile optimization.

Familiarity with SEO tools and keyword research tools.

Basic knowledge of graphic editing tools is an advantage.

Knowledge of Git/version control is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a Work From Home / Remote environment.

Candidates from Tamil Nadu, India are preferred. Work Location
