Role Description This is a full time, remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to support client growth objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid ad campaigns, tracking performance metrics, analyzing web and campaign data, and adjusting strategies based on insights. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align messaging,



developing content ideas that fit client goals, and ensuring consistent brand presence across platforms. The specialist will also prepare performance reports, recommend improvements, and stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and others.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and basic website optimization is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with content creation or coordination (e.g., video, presentations, or website content) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
