GetCompanion is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role will focus on driving customer registrations, wallet recharges, calls, chats and in-person service bookings at an efficient acquisition cost.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Manage budgets, audience targeting, retargeting and campaign scaling.
- Improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and recharge value.
- Conduct regular creative, copy, landing-page and audience testing.
- Track performance through GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and dashboards.
- Coordinate with the creative and product teams to improve the customer funnel.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads.
- Prior experience with a D2C brand, consumer app or digital service business.
- Robust knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution and campaign analytics.
- Ability to analyse data and independently manage campaigns and budgets.
- Experience in scaling campaigns while maintaining acquisition efficiency.
