We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager who can not only execute successful marketing campaigns but also mentor and train interns and freshers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager & Trainer who can independently manage digital marketing projects for multiple clients while training interns and junior team members in practical digital marketing skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Develop engaging captions and marketing copy.
- Monitor trends and implement new marketing ideas.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize results.

Paid Advertising
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Plan and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Improve campaign ROI through continuous optimization.
- Generate leads through paid campaigns.

Content Creation
- Create high-quality social media content.
- Design basic creatives using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Write engaging blogs, website content, and ad copy.
- Create short-form video ideas and reel concepts.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar platforms for content production.

SEO
- Perform keyword research.
- Optimize website content.
- Manage on-page SEO.
- Track rankings using SEO tools.

Training & Mentoring




- Train interns and freshers in Digital Marketing.
- Conduct practical training sessions.
- Assign projects and review performance.
- Guide trainees on live client projects.
- Prepare learning materials and assignments.

Client Management
- Attend client meetings.
- Understand client requirements.
- Present campaign reports and suggestions.
- Ensure timely project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

- Prior experience training interns or teams is preferred.
