Position :- Digital Marketing ( Real Estate Exprience )

Location: Bellandur , Bangalore

Experience : 3.5 to 7 Years in Real Estate

Working Days :- 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Key responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Develop lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize returns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copy optimization.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Work with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Ensure continuous optimization of campaigns to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
