Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- SEO and PPC: Optimize website content for search engines and manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.




- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
- Robust understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Certifications: Google Analytics certification, HubSpot certification, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
