Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Mobile App Marketing (Android & iOS).
- Proven expertise in Performance Marketing and user acquisition.
- Experience in scaling app downloads, subscriptions, and revenue.
- Strong understanding of digital growth funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Practical knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets with a strong ROI focus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
