Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy

Research and create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, website pages, and videos

Optimize content for AI Search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity

Repurpose content into multiple formats including carousels, infographics, and reels

Social Media & Community Management

Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube

Respond to comments and support online community engagement

Monitor brand mentions and online reputation

Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels

Brand Building & Thought Leadership

Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing content

Assist in identifying opportunities for thought leadership and brand storytelling

Support employer branding and brand awareness campaigns





AI-Powered Content & Analytics

Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for content ideation and creation

Apply prompting techniques to improve content quality and productivity

Analyze content performance and suggest improvements

Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies

Assist in developing content themes and campaign ideas based on market insights

AI-Powered Marketing Operations

Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for research, ideation, and content creation

Build effective prompts to improve content quality and marketing productivity

Stay updated on emerging AI marketing trends and recommend innovative applications

Required Skills & Experience

MBA graduate (2025 pass-out) with a strong aptitude for content and brand building

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing

Basic understanding of content marketing principles and social media platforms

Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus (Certifications or courses preferred)

Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for brainstorming and content generation

Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented

Passionate about storytelling and connecting with audiences
