Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote Michael Phelps Swimming India's programs, classes, and events. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media content creation and scheduling, monitoring engagement, and supporting online promotions aligned with brand guidelines.

The role also involves helping track performance through web and social analytics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting optimization ideas. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, timely updates, and effective communication

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.





- Ability to execute and support Social Media Marketing across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Basic understanding of Web Analytics tools and comfort working with performance data and metrics.

- Explicit, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.

- Pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing) is an advantage.

- Capacity to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

- Interest in sports, swimming, or youth programs is a plus.
