Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in Pune City. The intern will support day-to-day digital marketing activities such as assisting with social media campaigns, drafting content for posts, and engaging with audiences across platforms.

Responsibilities include helping monitor and analyze web and campaign performance metrics, contributing to basic SEO and SEM tasks, and coordinating with team members on online marketing initiatives. The intern will also help prepare reports, conduct market and competitor research,



and support the implementation of new digital strategies under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications

Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.

Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, including content posting, audience engagement, and platform best practices.

Basic understanding of Web Analytics and using data to evaluate campaign performance.

Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team setting.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Comfort with digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media dashboards, basic Excel/Sheets, presentation tools).

Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage time effectively, and learn quickly in a rapid-paced environment.

Curiosity about current digital trends; prior internship or project experience in marketing is an advantage.
