Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. In this role, the intern will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms to promote 4CHAMPZ programs and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring engagement, supporting content creation, and helping manage online branding and outreach.





The intern will work with web analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate basic reports, and suggest improvements based on data. Collaboration with coaches and internal teams to gather content, communicate updates, and ensure consistent messaging will be a key part of this position.

Qualifications Demonstrated interest and basic skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.

Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and web-based promotional strategies.

Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance and interpret basic metrics.

Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to clarity and professionalism.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with diverse teams.

Basic understanding of sports or arts domains is an advantage, along with enthusiasm for learner development.

Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
