Are you passionate about building campaigns that create visibility, engagement and measurable business growth?
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital & Performance Marketing Executive to plan and execute end-to-end B2C campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Develop integrated B2C marketing campaigns
- Handle campaign budgets, targeting, timelines and performance
- Set up Meta Pixel, GA4 and conversion tracking
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL and ROAS to improve results
- Prepare reports with clear, actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Identify growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns
- Execute offline campaigns, including brand activations, roadshows, apartment and corporate campaigns, events, exhibitions, in-store promotions, outdoor branding and hyperlocal marketing
? What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience in digital and offline B2C campaign execution
- Strong analytical, planning and coordination skills
- A proactive mindset with ownership and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a quick-paced workplace
