Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate must possess robust knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and should be capable of generating quality leads while enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive leads, website traffic, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROI.
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content and maintaining a consistent brand presence.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and marketing materials.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Remarketing.
- Track, analyze, and prepare performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.




- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Good knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and content planning skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Meta and Google Ads certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
