About the Role

We’re looking for a responsible digital marketing mind and soul — not just someone who runs ads, but someone who sees the bigger picture:

· Thinks of platforms as ecosystems and a funnel, not just fragmented ad spaces

· Balances data with storytelling — where content sparks attention and analytics sharpen direction

· Measures what truly matters, separating vanity metrics from valuable growth parameters, controlling leakage and planning scale





· Understands how omnichannel attribution models can be built

· Enjoys analyzing algorithms, debating attribution models, staying current with the emerging trends in the industry or reverse-engineering customer journeys for fun

What you’ll bring A degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.

Familiarity with Meta, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics platforms.

A basic understanding of web technologies and tracking implementation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for simplifying complex data.

Who We’re Looking For

· 3-5 years of experience in brand management, D2C business

· Proven track record of successful product launches and brand-led growth.
