Looking for a smart, presentable, communication-focused professional who can strengthen brand trust, handle lead interactions, support webinars, and contribute to front-level business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle hot and warm leads generated through Meta Ads, funnels, webinars, and campaigns
- Conduct professional lead interaction through calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom
- Explain platform offerings, onboarding process, and business model confidently
- Guide leads toward webinars, sales videos, and next-step actions
- Support lead nurturing and relationship-building activities
- Participate in webinars, live sessions, and community engagement
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for smooth lead flow
- Help maintain strong brand communication and online presence
- Connect with existing customers/users for feedback, success stories, and relationship building
- Coordinate and collect customer video testimonials and user reviews
- Manage and encourage reviews on platforms and review websites
- Actively participate in improving organization trust, social proof, and brand visibility
- Support day-to-day business growth and operational coordination activities
- Maintain proper follow-up, lead tracking, and communication records

- Background in Digital Marketing / Business / Communication / Media
- Experience in telecalling, counseling, customer support, online business, or client relationship handling preferred
- Able to build trust and maintain professional client relationships
- Interest in branding, business growth, online education, and community management
