About Us

L'empire Builders & Interiors is a fast-growing construction and interior design company specializing in premium residential and commercial projects across Kerala. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads, and build a strong digital brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Generate high-quality leads for residential construction, interior design, and renovation projects.
- Manage the company's social media platforms by creating engaging content, reels, stories, and campaign calendars.
- Develop compelling marketing content including captions, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and local SEO) to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
- Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and the sales team to execute marketing campaigns.
- Maintain the company website by updating projects, blogs, and service pages.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify new opportunities to improve digital presence.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools,



and social media algorithms.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing with measurable lead generation results.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Positive understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in the construction, real estate, architecture, or interior design industry will be an added advantage.
