About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Email Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns across multiple brands. This role requires someone with a solid digital marketing foundation who can independently manage email campaigns from strategy and copywriting to execution, automation, testing, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Brevo, and Zoho, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, transactional emails, and automated workflows.
- Build and maintain responsive email templates with personalized and dynamic content using merge tags, segmentation, and conditional logic.
- Create and optimize automated email journeys such as welcome series, drip campaigns, lead nurturing, re-engagement, and abandoned cart sequences.
- Manage subscriber databases by maintaining list hygiene, segmentation, audience targeting, and compliance with data privacy and anti-spam regulations.
- Write engaging, conversion-focused email copy or collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, content, layouts, and send times to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates, and deliverability.
- Ensure excellent email deliverability by managing sender reputation and implementing SPF,



DKIM, and DMARC authentication.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing, mobile-responsive email campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital and email marketing.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of overall experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in Email Marketing.
- Practical experience with Mailchimp, Brevo, and Zoho, with the ability to independently create campaigns and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender reputation, and list management.
- Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and dynamic email content.
- Good copywriting and proofreading skills with the ability to create engaging, conversion-focused email campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting is an added advantage.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio of previous email marketing campaigns is mandatory. Please include campaign objectives, platform used, and measurable results wherever possible.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing email campaigns for multiple brands or clients.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations with email marketing platforms.
- Experience with reporting dashboards and A/B testing frameworks.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as lead generation, customer lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
