Balaji Rowt Private Limited (ROWT) runs two business lines: CGWA Compliance (water meters, piezometers, audits, NOC renewals, AMC) and PDW — Packaged Drinking Water products (preforms, caps, LD shrink film, jars). We're expanding our core team and building a small, accountable group where every role owns explicit numbers, not just tasks.
About the Role
Own ROWT's digital presence and lead generation across both our business lines — CGWA Compliance services and PDW (Packaged Drinking Water) products — and make sure every lead reaches the right team fast.
What You'll Do
Plan and run Google, Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across both business lines; track cost-per-lead against a monthly budget
Manage SEO, website updates, blog posts and short-form video/reels content
Manage our IndiaMART, TradeIndia and Justdial listings and respond to Google reviews
Classify every incoming lead by business line (CGWA Compliance or PDW Products) and route it to the correct department within 24 hours
What We're Looking For
1–3 years' experience in digital/performance marketing (agency or in-house)
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, basic SEO and content tools (Canva or similar)
B2B or industrial marketing experience is a strong plus
Comfortable owning a monthly budget and reporting on CPL/leads generated, by business line
