We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to support end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring. What You Will Do Project Planning & Execution Support

Assist in developing structured project plans, timelines, and schedules

Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution

Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies

Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively flag risks

Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Schedule, confirm, and manage client meetings and follow-ups

Coordinate appointments, discussions, and review sessions

Prepare meeting agendas and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM)





Track action items and ensure timely closure

Ensure consistent and professional communication between clients and internal teams

Monitoring, Reporting & Accountability

Monitor project progress against defined timelines

Escalate issues or delays to the Project Manager in a timely manner

Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports

Support performance tracking and delivery metrics

Administrative & Process Support

Maintain project management tools, dashboards, and trackers

Ensure documentation compliance and version control

Organize project files for easy accessibility and audit readiness

Support process improvements to enhance project efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field

1–2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project, etc.) Key Competencies Attention to detail and process orientation
