Role Description The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing and optimizing online campaigns to promote Autumn Rooms’ housing solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Kochi involves managing social media channels, supporting content creation, and engaging with target audiences to increase brand awareness and lead generation. The associate will monitor web and campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms,



and staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices relevant to the housing and hospitality sector.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience in planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels.

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including managing profiles, scheduling posts, and engaging with online communities.

Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing is an advantage.

Comfort with using common digital tools and platforms, and willingness to learn recent technologies.
