Role Description The Digital Marketing and Digital Sales Interns will support the promotion of NIL's training programs and help drive student enrollments through online channels. In this full-time on-site role based in Lucknow, interns will assist with planning and executing social media campaigns, managing online promotions, and updating digital content across platforms. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, engaging with prospective learners through digital channels, and coordinating with the sales team to follow up on leads.

Interns will also contribute to basic market research,



support email and online advertising initiatives, and participate in team meetings to review marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaigns and audience engagement.

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to help plan, track, and optimize digital initiatives.

- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for interacting with prospective students and collaborating with internal teams.

- Interest in education, language learning, or international exams, with the ability to understand and convey NIL's offerings clearly.

- Basic familiarity with digital tools such as social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and spreadsheets for reporting.

- Ability to work full time on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
