The Warranty Program

Manager oversees the administration and continuous improvement of online warranty programs for Pennzoil, Quaker State, and Rotella across the United States and Canada. This position ensures seamless website operations, effective claims processing, and productive inventory management while providing exceptional support to end users and key stakeholders. Manage and maintain warranty program websites ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and timely updates.

Handle all associated email accounts, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving customer issues.

Provide end-user support for warranty program participants, assisting with claim submissions and troubleshooting website issues.

Review and process warranty claims, verifying eligibility and coordinating resolutions in accordance with program guidelines.

Update warranty sites as required,



including content revisions, product additions, and compliance adjustments.

Assist with the migration of warranty sites to the Company platform, collaborating with IT and project teams to ensure a smooth transition.

Generate and deliver regular performance reports for Company stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, sales figures, and promotional outcomes.

Support Company staff with deal creation and claim uploads, providing guidance and technical assistance as needed. What are we looking for?

Manage materials and inventory through preferred suppliers, overseeing ordering, stock levels, and supplier relationships.

Process supply orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating fulfillment and delivery schedules.

Maintain the webstore and catalog, ensuring product availability, up-to-date listings, and user-friendly navigation.

Coordinate with Accenture regarding returns and shipping information, facilitating timely and accurate processing.

Report on sales and promotions, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to drive program success.

Collaboration

Work closely with Company stakeholders, IT teams, and Accenture partners, fostering effective communication and alignment on program objectives. Engage with internal staff to support deal creation, claim uploads, and operational needs,



while maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers and service providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in warranty program management, customer support, or website administration.

Proficiency with online platforms, content management systems, and reporting tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret performance reports.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Experience with inventory management and order processing systems preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving program requirements. Roles and Responsibilities:

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor

Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
