Role Description The Digital and Performance Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales for healthcare supplement products. On a day-to-day basis, this role will manage paid advertising on search and social platforms, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

The marketer will develop and implement performance marketing strategies, oversee SEO and SEM initiatives, and coordinate content and creative requirements with internal teams or external agencies.

Responsibilities also include tracking key metrics,



preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to achieve higher ROI across digital channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.

Qualifications

- Strong digital marketing and performance marketing skills, including experience with paid search, paid social, and remarketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and campaign management on platforms such as Google Ads.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content coordination for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective creatives and landing pages for performance campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or performance marketing are an advantage.
- Experience in the healthcare, FMCG, or export sector is beneficial, along with familiarity with international markets and compliance-focused industries.
