Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients to secure regular test referrals.
- Market Expansion: Identify recent business openings through daily field visits, networking, and pitching specialized diagnostic packages.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and support local health check-up camps, CME events, and doctor meets to boost brand awareness.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue quotas set by the company.
- Reporting & Feedback: Share daily visit reports, track market changes, and report on competitor pricing or service updates.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotech, or Business (or equivalent relevant field).
