Role Description The Diagnostics Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for promoting diagnostic services to corporates.

Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting presentations and demonstrations, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing,



tracking customer feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Diagnostics Sales Specialist will maintain up-to-date knowledge of diagnostic offerings, market trends, and competitor activities to support effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Diagnostics sales to corporates, or insurance sales or Holiday packages to corporates .
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship management, and long-term client retention.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales territory in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel locally for client visits, and manage independent field activities.
