Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the low voltage electrical equipment industry.

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective channel management, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.

- Identify current business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, or solutions that meet customer requirements.

Job Requirements :

- 7-16 years of experience in switchgear & control panels industry with expertise in MCB (Motor Control Centre Board), MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker), contactors, circuit breakers, etc.

- Strong understanding of low voltage electrical systems and their applications.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel management and business development initiatives.
