Role Description The DevOps Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves designing and delivering structured DevOps training programs, including lectures, labs, and workshops that cover modern tools, practices, and workflows. The trainer will prepare learning materials, assess learner progress, provide feedback, and offer mentoring to help participants build job-ready skills.

Day-to-day tasks include updating course content to align with current industry standards, demonstrating real-world DevOps scenarios, collaborating with other trainers and technologists, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies.

Qualifications





Strong foundation in Information Technology, with practical understanding of DevOps concepts and modern software delivery practices.

Proven skills in Teaching, Training, and Lecturing, with experience explaining technical topics to diverse learner groups.

Hands-on experience in Software Development, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Ability to design clear curricula, create engaging training materials, and adapt instruction to different learning styles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity, patience, and learner support.

Experience with common DevOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g., Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, major cloud providers) is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong organizational skills, ability to manage classroom activities, and commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
