Role Description The DevOps Tech Lead role at Petos is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support product and engineering teams.

The DevOps Tech Lead will oversee environment provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and incident response to ensure high availability and performance of systems. The role includes collaborating with software developers to streamline deployments, enforcing best practices in security and reliability, and mentoring team members on DevOps and automation standards. The DevOps Tech Lead will also participate in architecture discussions,



capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across the technology stack.

Qualifications

- Strong System Administration and Linux skills, with experience managing production environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices for automated provisioning and configuration.
- Practical experience with Continuous Integration and related tooling to build, test, and deploy applications reliably.
- Solid Software Development background, including scripting or programming for automation and tooling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of security best practices, monitoring, logging, and incident management in distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
