Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 6–8 years of relevant experience to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on automation, continuous integration and delivery, infrastructure as code, and system reliability, enabling faster and more efficient software delivery across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application deployment
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline build, test, and deployment processes
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
- Manage containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements (DevSecOps)
- Troubleshoot issues in development, test, and production environments
- Optimize system performance and deployment efficiency
- Maintain documentation and reusable automation scripts

Technical Skills

Core Skills:

- Solid experience in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)




- Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (Azure preferred / AWS / GCP)
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Bicep / CloudFormation)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell)

Good to Have:

- Experience in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Familiarity with microservices and API-based architectures
- Exposure to security practices (DevSecOps, vulnerability management)
- Experience with serverless and event-driven architectures

Functional Exposure (Preferred)

- Understanding of enterprise application development and deployment pipelines
- Experience in domains such as:

- Manufacturing

- Supply Chain

- Finance
- Exposure to integration with SAP or enterprise systems

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent

Experience

- 6–8+ years of relevant experience in DevOps engineering
- Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end CI/CD and cloud implementation projects

Behavioral Competencies

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
