Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in application development, including at least 5 years in technical leadership or team leadership role.

Strong background in modern development frameworks and full-stack web technologies, such as .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.

Experience designing and delivering enterprise web applications, APIs, integrations, responsive user interfaces, and secure web solutions.

Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, microservices architecture, and modern application modernization approaches.

Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and AI-assisted development capabilities, including LLMs, copilots, predictive analytics, automation tools, and data pipelines.

Strong understanding of SDLC practices, agile methodologies, code review standards, software quality, and secure development principles.

Preferred Qualifications:





Experience working in global or multi-site environments.

Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion, CRM, or SuccessFactors.

Experience with Drupal development or implementation an advantage.

Certifications in Agile, PMP, DevOps, cloud, or AI/ML technologies an advantage.
